How you found homeopathy.
When I was misdiagnosed with a fungal infection by a GP but I decided to go to a homeopath instead. She diagnosed a hormone imbalance causing perineal eczema and gave me Silica 30.
How it benefited you or your family.
My daughter had a cough for a few days and at nights it became an awful barking sound around midnight. It would wake her and keep her up coughing. After three sleepless nights I took her to our homeopath who gave her Spongia 30C. She had one and then another
that afternoon. That night there was no coughing. I was amazed.

I have used homeopathy all of my life as my father is a homeopath.
How it benefited you or your family.
When I first had pilonidal sinus, I felt embarrassed so I went to the doctor instead of asking my father, who is a practicing homeopath. The doctor told me I had to have a minor surgery in hospital to drain the sinus. The gauze they left in there to clean
the sinus out had to be replaced once a day for two weeks. It was extremely painful, use of morphine during the removal is common I was told as you are awake when it is removed. I was in hospital for 6 nights and had to return every day for another 7 days.
The next time the sinus came back I asked for help from my dad instead. He prescribed remedies for me to bring the sinus to a head and I popped it myself with a pin. It was gone within 5 days, no surgery, no morphine or painkillers, no being put to sleep or time in hospital. It was incredible.

Took Silicea for a month and it cleared up my long standing eczema.
Son had swine flu, used gelsemium, also had nephritis with it, used aresenicum, also had head pain, high temperature used belladonna. All three got him well again from being completely immobilised in bed to back to work, in ten days.
Husband sprains shoulder badly, uses arnica and ruta grav. Back to work in two days, was expecting to be immobile for a couple of weeks, shoulder was almost paralysed with pain, unable to lift his arm at all.

My wife's aunt asked me for a natural remedy for worsening nausea and vomiting with some diarrhea. She was losing weight at an alarming rate.

i was always interested in "alternative therapies" because as a i child i was quite ill with severe eczema, asthma and other allergies, plus terrible ear infections etc. my mother had little faith in conventional medicine as it didn't seem to be able to
help me. as i was growing up, i continued to have many health issues and saw a homeopath regularly. i've always used the likes of arnica and the most common remedies on myself.
How it benefited you or your family.
the most striking examples are 2 recent ones - i had a tooth out 2 years ago and another about a month ago. my dentist injected the extraction site with arnica and hypericum and i did not have a single moment of pain or even the slightest discomfort whatsoever
after either of the extractions. both went extremely well and i had absolutely no problems at all.
