Had surgery in both feet. Bunions and neuromas removed. Doc said I would have pain, swelling, and bruising up to my knee. I took arnica for days before surgery and after surgery. I did have the symptoms but at more 50% less of what I should have. Post surgery the doctor saw me and was shocked how good my feet looked! He said he would prescribe arnica from that day forward...
